Terms of Use

Effective Date: April 21, 2026
Last Updated: April 21, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PageLeap website at pageleap.com, the PageLeap Local Advisor service, the PageLeap admin and brand dashboards, the Intent Stack suite, and any related APIs, embeds, or tools (collectively, the "Services"), operated by PageLeap LLC ("PageLeap," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business, and "you" refers to both you individually and that business.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 and will delete any such information promptly on discovery.

2. Accounts and Sign-In

PageLeap account creation and sign-in use Google Sign-In (OAuth). Signing in authorizes PageLeap to receive basic profile information (name, email address, profile photo) from your Google account solely for authentication. This sign-in scope is separate from and narrower than any authorization you may later grant to connect a Google Business Profile (see Section 5).

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and of any credentials you provide to access the Services. Notify us at privacy@pageleap.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. The Services

PageLeap provides hosted local landing pages, review-collection forms, review-moderation dashboards, integrations with third-party services that you or your business authorize, and related tools. Specific features available to you depend on your subscription, role, and any brand portals you have been granted access to.

4. Third-Party Service Integrations

Some features require you to connect third-party services, including Google Business Profile, ordering platforms, and review syndication partners. When you connect a third-party service, you:

  • Authorize PageLeap, as your limited agent, to access and act on the relevant data in that service only as required to provide the features you have activated.
  • Represent that you have the authority to grant that authorization for the business profile or account in question.
  • Agree that the third-party service's own terms and policies continue to apply to the data and to your use of that service, and that PageLeap's access is limited to what those terms permit.
  • May revoke the authorization at any time through the third-party service's permissions page, through the PageLeap dashboard, or by contacting privacy@pageleap.com.

5. Google API Services and Limited Use

PageLeap's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, when you connect a Google Business Profile, PageLeap will:

  • Use Google User Data only to provide and improve the user-facing review-management and location-management features of the Services you have activated.
  • Not use Google User Data for advertising, including retargeting, personalized, or interest-based advertising.
  • Not sell, rent, or transfer Google User Data to data brokers or information resellers.
  • Not use Google User Data to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
  • Not allow humans to read Google User Data except with your explicit consent, for security investigations, to comply with law, or in aggregated and anonymized form for internal operations.

See our Privacy Policy Sections 5 and 6 for a full description of what Google User Data we access, how long we retain it, and how to revoke access.

6. Acceptable Use: Connected Services and Reviews

When you use PageLeap to manage reviews and owner replies on connected third-party services, you agree to comply with those services' own review policies, including Google's Prohibited and Restricted Content policies and Review Guidelines. Specifically, you will not use the Services to:

  • Create, solicit, incentivize, or post fake, fraudulent, manipulated, or traded reviews.
  • Filter, suppress, or selectively display reviews in a way that misrepresents the business's actual rating.
  • Post AI-drafted owner replies without review and approval by a human authorized to speak for the business.
  • Impersonate any person or business, or misrepresent your affiliation with a business profile you do not control.
  • Scrape, harvest, or redistribute third-party review content in violation of the source platform's terms.
  • Use the Services in any manner that could cause PageLeap's access to any third-party API to be suspended or revoked.

7. Your Content; Licenses

7.1 First-Party Content You Submit to PageLeap

You retain ownership of any reviews, comments, photos, videos, dashboard copy, or other content you submit directly to PageLeap ("Your Content"). You grant PageLeap a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute Your Content solely to provide the Services, including publishing it to the PageLeap-hosted landing pages, review feeds, and reports the business on whose behalf you submitted it has configured.

You represent that you own or have the rights to Your Content and that its use as described above does not violate any third party's rights.

7.2 Third-Party Service Data (Including Google User Data)

Data retrieved from third-party services through authorized integrations (including Google User Data) is not owned by PageLeap. PageLeap claims no ownership, license, or rights in such data beyond what is necessary to provide the features you have activated and what is permitted by the third-party service's terms and applicable law. On disconnection or account deletion, PageLeap will remove cached copies in accordance with the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy.

7.3 Reviewer Content from the Public

Reviews submitted by members of the public about your business through PageLeap-hosted forms are owned by the individual reviewer and are licensed to PageLeap and to the business being reviewed for display on the business's landing pages and dashboards. PageLeap may remove reviews that violate these Terms or applicable law, but will not edit the substance of a review to misrepresent its meaning.

8. PageLeap's Content and Intellectual Property

The Services, including the website, dashboard, templates, code, designs, and trademarks, are owned by PageLeap or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the Services except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

9. AI-Assisted Features

PageLeap offers features that use artificial intelligence to suggest owner reply drafts and similar content. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your context.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated draft before posting it to a customer-facing surface or a third-party service.
  • PageLeap does not use Google User Data, or any other connected-service content, to train generalized AI or machine learning models. AI suggestions are produced by third-party providers that operate under enterprise terms including no-training commitments where available.

10. Prohibited Activities

In addition to the Acceptable Use rules in Section 6, you may not:

  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Services except through documented APIs.
  • Harvest data from the Services for use in unaffiliated products or for resale.
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services without prior written authorization, or to breach authentication or security measures.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or the servers or networks connected to them.
  • Use the Services to transmit malware, phishing content, or unlawful material.

11. Advertising on PageLeap Marketing Surfaces

pageleap.com marketing pages may display advertisements, use retargeting technologies, and collect usage data for advertising purposes. These activities apply only to PageLeap's own marketing surfaces and do not use, draw on, or disclose Google User Data, Customer Account Data from connected dashboards, or reviewer content from any PageLeap-hosted landing page. See the Privacy Policy for details.

12. Fees and Billing

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor in the amounts and on the cadence selected at sign-up. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or by a separate written agreement. We may change pricing on 30 days' notice.

13. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard or by emailing privacy@pageleap.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by a third-party service whose terms you have violated (for example, if Google revokes PageLeap's API access due to misuse), or if required by law.

On termination we will disconnect any connected third-party services, delete OAuth tokens, and delete or return Your Content on the schedule described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7.2, 8, 14, 15, and 17) will survive.

14. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." PageLeap disclaims, to the maximum extent permitted by law, all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of third-party content. PageLeap does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content retrieved from third-party APIs will be complete or timely.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PageLeap's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid PageLeap in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) US$100. PageLeap will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

16. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PageLeap and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) Your Content, (b) your use of the Services, (c) your breach of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any third-party right or applicable law, including the terms of any third-party service you connect through the Services.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California for any dispute not subject to an arbitration agreement, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms with a new Effective Date and, for material changes, provide notice by email to the address on your account or via the dashboard before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Services after the Effective Date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any subscription order, master services agreement, or other written document we have signed with you, constitute the entire agreement between you and PageLeap regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject.
